Therapy for Deep Healing, Growth, and Emotional Clarity
You may look like you’re functioning on the outside while carrying a lot beneath the surface. At Unwilted Counseling, therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been through, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady and meaningful.
Whether you’re carrying unresolved trauma, feeling stuck in familiar emotional patterns, or navigating life transitions that have stirred old wounds, our compassionate, depth-oriented approach supports lasting change, not quick fixes.

SUPPORT
If You’ve Been Carrying More Than You Can Name
Adolescence and young adulthood can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, or life changes can leave you drained or stuck. You’re not alone. Therapy helps you understand what you’ve been carrying and find support to move forward. I work with teens and young adults facing trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions.

SERVICES & SPECIALIZATIONS
What We Work Through Together
You don’t come to therapy because something is wrong with you. Most teens and young adults I work with are carrying a lot emotionally and internally often without a place to set it down.
How Therapy Works:
Trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and depth-oriented, integrating EMDR and parts work. Skills-based tools are used intentionally not as quick fixes.
Unwilted is best for clients seeking depth and trauma-informed care; it may not suit crisis-only, court-mandated, or brief advice-based needs.
