How Virtual Sessions Work:
Getting Started: Call/email, request virtual therapy, complete online intake, receive secure session link.
First Session (50 min): Tech check, discuss concerns/history/goals, create treatment plan, schedule future sessions.
Ongoing Sessions (50 min): Check-in/goal setting, exploration/processing, summary/action plan.
Between Sessions: Practice skills, complete tasks, message via portal.
Payment: Same as in-person, paid securely online.
